It’s hard to dress up properly now that I have a baby bump. It’s even harder when you try to budget your money for maternity clothes and, thus, ending up “trying” to wear your pre-pregnancy clothes and STRETCHING them to their limits (thank goodness I still have a few that I can wear!). Honestly, though, I just don’t want to spend on maternity clothes. I might not be able to wear them again. So I “try” to mix and match the clothes that I have and can still wear, and buy a few maxi dresses (the types I would still want to wear post pregnancy).
This is my POOTD. Okay, so it kind of didn’t work well for me. I looked like I was about to give birth, when I was only on my second trimester then. But the skirt is one of those pre-pregnancy clothes I can still stretch to wear. And, I just love the fabric. It’s so soft and comfy to wear. I think my sister bought it in a night marker in Hongkong. The top is from Zara. I also love the fabric. The design is nice for the bump. Combining the two… well… not the most appealing pregnant look. Yes, comfort is a top priority when you’re pregnant. But I would also like to look a bit slim. 🙂

I hate that maternity clothes are soooo expensive!!! That’s why I bought maxi dresses instead so I can still wear them after. :p
